Matter of Color

In these paintings love of Nature is expressed as a matter of color. As colors interact they create a dynamic, suggesting movement, life. If at all, linear definition comes in second. Its message is often different and it sometimes even adds a discordant note, acting as a spoiler to the interplay of colors--or does it? The interaction between colors and lines suggests a tension similar to the conflict between Nature and Technology, or impulse and analysis, or matter and mind.
